This program was created by Jeadi Vilchis (LinkedIn), a STEM and Makerspace Education professional of 16 years. He has run STEM summer programs for other organizations for over 10 years (Autodesk P9 Makerspace, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Holy Names University, Mills College, and more).
Born and raised in Oakland, his mission is to empower youth to become ethical professionals and entrepreneurs in the many STEM careers here in Silicon Valley.
3DMAKERCAMP is a small, local, summer engineering program for Makers ages 6-15.
At 3DMAKERCAMP, we inspire the next generation of engineers to design and create their own unique products using 3D printers and laser cutters.
Kids will enjoy hands-on experiences with engineering, product design, and technology, as well as fun team sports, games, TONS of LEGO and STEAM toys +VR, and even disc golf!
We provide a safe and supportive space for creativity, play, problem-solving, and lifelong friendships.
